Longarm Quilting Prices
How to estimate how much it will cost to get your quilt quilted. Below is a chart of sizes and an example of how to measure your quilt.
Example: Length 90 inches Width 82 inches
90″ x 82″= 7380 square feet
Basic Quilting Design (edge to edge one all-over designs)
7380 x .03 cents = $221
Standard Quilting Design (edge to edge with some customized designs in some areas)
7380 x .035 cents = $258
Premium Quilting Design (customized quilting throughout the quilt)
7380 x .04 cents = $295
Note: Exact pricing will depend on the size of your quilt, quilting design, density of the quilting and any upgrades you may want.

What do I need to provide to get your quilt completed on the longarm?
- Your quilt top completed, all threads trimmed and quilt top pressed.
- Your backing must be at least 8 inches wider than your quilt top width and 8 inches longer than your quilt top length.
Example: A quilt top that is 60″ x 70″ requires a quilt back that is at least 68″ x 78″
Square backing – Using a rotary cutter and long ruler, ensure your quilt top and back are squared and even on all four sides for best results.
- Your batting – also 8 inches wider and longer than your quilt top.
- Choose your quilting design – Samples of edge to edge designs are found on a separate page. These designs pricing would vary depending on the density you choose – click link
Optional: If you want us to bind your quilt for you, you must provide enough coordinating fabric to complete your quilt. Binding is an extra charge from $35-50 depending on the size of your quilt. There is also an Optional Upgrades chart below. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.

What is included in the listed prices below: All background materials, borders/sashing, if added to the design, backing, free motion quilting and binding. You only need to provide all the material, or clothing you want in your quilt, choose the size quilt you want, and what type of backing you prefer (cotton or flannel). If you want upgrades you have the option to choose those as well, but upgrades are not necessary to finish your quilt.
